Reservations for a Table at Our Restaurant or Beach Bar:

  • How can I make a reservation?
    • Reservations can be made via WhatsApp (+34 678 84 14 11) or on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Remember, WhatsApp is only valid for lunch reservations ONLY. Not for Lagoon access!

Lagoon Access:

  • Do non-residents need to pay an entrance fee?

    • Yes, all non-residents must pay an entrance fee to access our facilities.
  • How can I book my entrance?

    • You may book using our booking system with a debit/credit card through Banco Sabadell TPV system.
    • If you are paying from England or Gibraltar, you may choose the bank transfer option and send the receipt to our email (info@vivelagoon.com).
  • Can I bring outside food and beverages?

    • Bringing outside food and beverages is strictly prohibited.
  • What is the entry fee?

    • Check prices according to reservation dates in our system.

Operating Hours:

  • What are the operating hours?
    • From 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Included Services:

  • What services are included with the entrance fee?
    • The entrance fee includes access to all Alcazaba Lagoon services: sunbeds (adults only), water activities (hydropedal, kayaks, paddle surf), jacuzzi, artificial beach, and lagoon.

Safety and Regulations:

  • What are the swimming requirements?

    • All individuals using the artificial lagoon must know how to swim and wear a properly fastened life vest. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • What are the age requirements for children?

    • Ages 0-3: Free access.
    • Ages 0-15: Children ticket required.
  • What are the age requirements for water activities?

    • Ages 0-13: Only with an adult.
    • Ages 13-18: Requires parental authorization.
    • Ages 18 and above: Full freedom to navigate.

Weather Policy:

  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    • Alcazaba Lagoon reserves the right to close water activities due to weather conditions (wind or rain) without refunding the entrance fee.

Reservation Changes:

  • Can I change my reservation?
    • You can change your reservation if you notify us at least three days in advance. If you do not cancel your reservation, your payment will be credited towards another day, subject to availability, and within the same season.
